The short version

We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell your data. We do run one advertising tracker: a Meta (Facebook) pixel, so we can measure our ads and reach people who have visited this site. It sets cookies. Details below, including how to turn it off.

What we collect when you browse

Our host, Vercel, records standard request information — pages requested, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and timing. This is used to serve the site and to see which pages get read. We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile that follows you across other websites.

Advertising — the Meta pixel

This site runs a Meta (Facebook) pixel. When you visit, it reports the visit to Meta and sets cookies in your browser. Meta can match that to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, which lets us measure whether our ads work and show ads to people who have already been here.

This is the one genuinely tracking thing on the site, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. It does not read anything you type into the chat or the quote form.

To stop it: use your Facebook and Instagram ad settings to limit how your activity off those apps is used, turn on your browser's tracking protection, or block third-party cookies. Any of those will do it, and none of them will break this site. You can also email us and we will confirm what we hold.

The chat assistant

If you type a message into the assistant on this site, that message and the rest of that conversation are sent to Anthropic, whose model writes the reply. Anthropic processes it for that purpose. Do not put sensitive information — payment details, government identifiers, medical details — into the chat.

Your conversation is also kept in your own browser for the length of your visit, so it survives moving between pages. It is cleared when you close the tab, and it is not sent to us unless you ask for a callback — in which case we receive the conversation along with your name and number, so you don't have to repeat yourself.

The assistant answers from information published on this website. It is not a person, and it does not have access to your account or any records about you.

When you contact us

If you call, email, or submit the quote form, we keep what you send — your name, phone number, email, and what you told us about your business — so we can respond and, if you become a customer, deliver the work. Our quote form is hosted by monday.com, and submissions are stored there.

We use this to reply to you and to run the engagement. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we use it only to send you account, call, and lead notifications related to your AI receptionist service. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for support.

Calls to our line

Our phone line is answered by a combination of AI and people. Calls may be recorded or transcribed so we can improve how the system answers and so nothing is missed. If you would rather not be recorded, say so on the call and we will note it.

How long we keep it

Contact and enquiry records are kept while we are talking, and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records or to meet legal and accounting obligations. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to those things; we will honour the request either way rather than argue about which law applies.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
